HTML Builder-All prices are in USD and are non-negotiable. If you believe that my prices are fair, you are always welcome to leave a tip. You do NOT have to, but will always be appreciated!
-All payment is done through PayPal only. Please Note: If you pay by credit card, PayPal will charges a credit card processing fee. It will also display shipping address (which will remain confidential). If you want to go around this, I'd encourage you to pay with your PayPal balance in your account, which will directly deposit from your PayPal account to mine (and no fees).
-Payment is up front in full or after my reference emote is completed you can pay then. If you need other arrangements, I'll do my best to work with you.
-First payment, first service. People who pay upfront are needing the emote sooner, so they will be on the top of my service list.
-If you don't pay after my reference emote, without a reason or after 5 business days, I will cancel the services.
-Use the Contact Submit Form, if you don't want to buy on the spot and have questions first.
-Because of changes in my personal life, I can only take the maximum of 3 emotes at a time. This helps me maintain a healthy balance of my work/personal life.
-If you contact me or buy directly, I will ask you to send me either a pic of yourself or describe hair color, skin color, eye color you are wanting. I will then draw & send a Reference Emote (a starting point what your emote will look like) and ask for your approval. If you want adjustments to it, let me know before approving!
-After the approval of the Reference Emote, I will start making your emotes. Send me a list of expressions you are wanting (based on the number of emotes you are buying).
-Each emote will be sent in png format. If there is a specific size canvas you are wanting, please let me know.
-Describe how you will be using your custom emote for i.e. Twitch, Discord, etc. Such services requires specific measurements.
-Time frame: I give 3-5 days per emote. I don't want to rush art, but give each emote time and care. If something occurs in my personal life that hinders me to work on your emote, I will immediately contact you.
-I don't mind editing my emotes. If you are not satisfied with the look of the emote, tell me. Bigger eyes, wider mouth, decorations, etc. (those are small edits), it is perfectly fine to let me know and free of charge.
-However, if there is an emote that may need to be re-done all together, because of the lack of communication/description, it will be an extra $5 to the total charge per emote. What can cause this?
Example:
"I want a bonk emote" - customer
The customer fails to tell me they are holding a hammer and doing the bonking. I draw the customer being bonked with a hammer instead. Thus, I will need to re-draw the whole thing again.
-If you want to revise after approving the reference emote that will alter the emote completely, such as the color of the hair, color of the skin, and clothing that will be an extra $5 to the total charges.
-I do NOT draw any NSFW, Violence, Guns, Hateful, Racist emotes (exceptions may apply with Sus/Knife/Pew Pew emotes).
-I do NOT draw any Political, Religion, or Sexual Orientation emotes. My emotes are made for expression only. I can color hearts in different solid colors (such as a yellow heart, green heart, purple heart, etc.).
-I do NOT trace or copy any other artist's work.
-I do NOT share ANY information about my customers, unless it is for reference regarding my work.
- I do NOT accept returns/refunds. If you have any problems with your order, please contact me.
-Do NOT sell, edit or trace the emotes that I make. If I find it, I will report it.
-Do NOT use these emotes for malicious intent towards anyone.
